The Beehive Pavilion was the conclusion of a research that involved the study of different material options to identify a blend of strength and lightness in order to design a new and modular construction strategy.

The material study led me to use structural aluminium for the main structure. Afterwards, I developed different kinds of modules, to bring flexibility in the size of the Honeycomb according to the use of the Pavilion. The result was modules adapted to contain the installation of plumbing and electrical conduits of various sizes, allowing a wide range of uses.
